Guangdong Blue Treasure Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 and is a joint-venture pharmaceutical manufacturer located in Qingyuan City (a city near Guangzhou), Guangdong Province with a total registered capital of USD 7.53 million and a total investment of USD 8.53 million. The shareholders of Blue Treasure consist of Apotex Fermentation Inc. of Canada, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc., Livzon New North River Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Sichuan Industrial Institute of Antibiotics of China National Medicines Co., Ltd., and Far East Biotechnology Engineering Co., Ltd. of Switzerland.</p>
