該系列設(shè)備嚴(yán)格按照GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計(jì)制作，主要用于制藥行業(yè)對(duì)小容量安瓿、西林瓶、管制瓶等針劑、口服液產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行高壓蒸汽滅菌操作和冷卻、檢漏清洗處理。
該系列設(shè)備采用微機(jī)觸摸屏人機(jī)界面操作設(shè)定系統(tǒng)，PLC全程檢測(cè)控制。F0值與溫度時(shí)間雙重測(cè)控確保滅菌效果，滅菌報(bào)表由打印機(jī)輸出以存檔備案。
該系列設(shè)備采用預(yù)真空的方式以排除柜內(nèi)殘存冷空氣對(duì)溫度的影響，有效保證了滅菌溫度均勻性；真空與色水相結(jié)合的檢漏方式，保證了100%的廢品檢出率；同時(shí)雙扉前后隔離互鎖的門結(jié)構(gòu)，有利于制藥企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)不同凈化區(qū)域的隔離。

This series of equipment adopts pre-vacuum method to exclude the influence of residual cold air on the temperature in the cabinet, which effectively ensures the uniformity of sterilization temperature; the leak detection mode combining vacuum and color ** ensures 100% of the waste detection rate; at the same time, the double-door front and back isolation interlocking door structure is conducive to the isolation of different purification areas for pharmaceutical enterprises.
